Terms and Conditions

1. Who We Serve?

Franklin’s Forever Care gives in-home help to seniors and people with disabilities. We ride with clients to doctor visits. We help with ADLs and light exercise. We handle housekeeping and medication reminders and mobility checks and meals and respite and transport. Our care is non medical. We deliver it with dignity and privacy and respect.

2. Scope of Services

Our care is supportive and non-medical. We do not provide nursing, clinical advice, injections, or wound care. We give medication reminders only and never change doses. Caregivers do not manage money or legal papers. Light exercise stays within safe limits. Transportation covers agreed needs and appointments, subject to availability.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients provide complete health information, preferences, and emergency contacts before care begins. Keep walkways clear and supply basics for safe support. Share a medication list and doctor instructions. Report changes in condition or schedule promptly. Pay agreed fees on time. Supervise pets. Ensure caregiver access at the scheduled time.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Please book visits in advance. We strive to honor times, yet staffing and safety may require adjustments. Give notice for changes or cancellations; late changes can limit service that day. We may assign a different caregiver when needed. We may pause or end a visit if safety risks arise.

5. Liability and Non-Medical Disclaimer

Franklin’s Forever Care provides supportive non medical services and does not replace clinical care. We do not make medical decisions or change medications. Clients accept responsibility for home conditions and risks. In emergencies we call local services. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for incidental damages.
