We use the information to plan and deliver non medical support. We use the information to plan visits. We set reminders. We prepare meals. We arrange transportation. With permission we coordinate with family or clinicians. We use data to manage billing and meet legal duties. We never sell personal information.
3. How do we share it?
We share information only as needed to provide care. Caregivers receive schedules and notes. With consent we communicate with family or clinicians. Vendors may process billing under contracts. We disclose when required by law or to protect safety. We do not sell data.
4. How do we protect it?
We protect information through staff training and locked storage. Only approved people can see it. We keep records only while needed for service or billing or legal duty. After that we delete them or store them safely. Report suspected breaches at once. We will investigate and notify affected clients.
